Mr. Sudeep Simkhada was a member of PDL Consulting Group’s founding team and was the company’s CEO and Director from 2015 to 2016. Although he is no longer formally associated with PDL, he is a highly valued alumnus of the organization.

Mr. Simkhada is a U.S. trained lawyer with a broad range of experience in corporate and complex cross-border transactions, including capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, U.S. securities and antitrust laws, multinational commercial laws (US, Canada, Europe, Nepal), and foreign investment practices in Nepal. He has experience working with Fortune 500 clients as well as with smaller but aggressively expanding businesses. He regularly assists companies seeking to get listed on NYSE and NASDAQ or get quoted on the OTC Markets in the US.  He has assisted over 150 non-US/”foreign private issuer” companies access U.S. capital markets in raises ranging from US$5 million to over US$500 million.  He is admitted to practice law in Minnesota (USA), Ontario (Canada), and Nepal.

In an increasingly globalized world, Mr. Simkhada is uniquely positioned to to assist clients wishing to cross borders, whether to access capital or to reach end users and consumers.
